Editor’s Obsession: Injected

Style Director Tori Mellott is ready to go big.

May 1, 2024

If you follow celebrity culture even a little bit, you can’t help but notice things have gotten a little, well, bigger—bigger bums, breasts, lips, cheeks, and even eyebrows. Even the most sophisticated decorative objects and accessories are getting the plumping treatment: Just see recent collections from Loewe, Proenza Schouler, and Rick Owens. (Who doesn’t crave a bit of luscious, juicy volume, after all?) From pumped-up seating to inflated jewelry, these lusciously juicy finds prove that sometimes, bigger really is better.
