Wicker is a classic, summer staple—it embodies a casual elegance and lends a hand-made, earthy quality to one’s wardrobe or home. I have a small collection of wicker bags that I rotate throughout the summer. My little bags are somehow the perfect punctuation for white jeans and a billowy top and seem to soften the look of my more structured dresses.
In addition to making a sartorial statement, wicker is the perfect answer to any room that needs an infusion of character or is perhaps too serious or formal.
