Artist, architect and designer Vincent Darré’s outlandish aesthetic—part Salavdor Dalì, part Alice in Wonderland, with a heavy dose of Parisian rococo—has cemented his reputation as one of France’s most exciting visual talents, lending his surreal touch to projects from his famously fantastical apartment to (fittingly) the Maison Schiaparelli studio. Now he’s joined forces with OKA to create a capsule collection that brings his signature Darré touch to the U.K.-based decor brand’s furniture, lighting and accessories.

With references ranging from Neoclassical ruins to 18th-century gardens, the four pieces that make up the spring debut include show-stopping numbers both large (like the marble-topped Lyric Console Table with deconstructed column legs) and small (the Gemini Vase is quite literally Janus-faced with its pair of loosely drawn expressions), in a palette of oh-so-Parisian black and white.
Read on for a peek at the new debut.
